Thank you for choosing the Narwhal Truck Topper, a premium product proudly built in the USA. Each Narwhal topper is designed for exceptional durability and performance. We stand behind our craftsmanship with comprehensive warranty coverage. Following is a description of the warranty coverage, limitations, and customer responsibilities to maintain warranty coverage.

 


 

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

a. Comprehensive Warranty (3 Years)
Narwhal Truck Toppers are backed by a 3-Year Warranty covering all parts and components from defects in materials and workmanship when properly installed and maintained under normal use and service. 

b. Structural Warranty (5 Years)
Narwhal also provides a 5-Year Structural Warranty covering the topper’s primary structural components when properly installed and maintained under normal use and service. This includes the main shell and frame against defects in materials or manufacturing that compromise structural integrity and performance.

c. Warranty Start Date
Warranty coverage begins on the date of shipment to the original purchaser, as indicated on the sales invoice or shipping documentation.

d. Repair or Replacement of Defective Part or Component

At its sole discretion, Narwhal will repair or replace (with new or factory refurbished parts or components) the defective part or component at no charge.

e. Non-Transferable Warranty
This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

 


 

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic fading, minor surface imperfections, or weather-related aging.

- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

- Use of the topper beyond its intended design or load specifications.

- Damage caused by environmental factors such as hail, fire, flooding, or other natural events.

- Any aftermarket modifications or attachments not approved by Narwhal.

 


 

3. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage, the customer must:

- Install and use the topper according to Narwhal’s recommended guidelines.

- Perform basic maintenance as outlined in the owner’s documentation.

- Notify Narwhal promptly if a potential defect is discovered.

- Provide proof of purchase and shipping date.

 


 

4. Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim:

2. Complete the form with detailed information about the issue, along with photos or documentation as requested.

3. Narwhal’s customer support team will review your submission and provide next steps, including repair or replacement procedures if applicable.

 


 

5. Limitation of Liability

Narwhal’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of defective parts or components as described above. Under no circumstances shall Narwhal offer refunds or be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, time, or profits.

 


 

6. Implied Warranties


This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. Narwhal does not authorize any person to create additional obligations or warranties.

Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of the limited warranties described above.

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. 

 


 

7. Governing Law

All warranty claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 


 

8. Product Registration (Optional but Recommended)

Customers are encouraged to register their Narwhal Truck Topper online within 30 days of receipt to ensure smooth warranty service and future product updates.
