You’ll receive confirmation once your $1,000 refundable deposit is placed, securing your position in the reservation queue. Your full deposit is applied directly toward the purchase price of your Narwhal.

As reservations build across each truck platform, we prioritize production based on customer demand and build readiness. When your fitment is scheduled, we’ll notify you and contact you to complete payment.

Once payment is completed, we reserve materials, prepare your order, and begin building your Narwhal. You’ll receive a notification once your Narwhal is built.

After final inspection and packaging, we’ll notify you that your Narwhal has shipped and provide tracking details so you can follow its delivery.

We’ll coordinate delivery updates and help you choose the best path for receiving your Narwhal: residential freight delivery where available, shipment to a dealer, or delivery to a professional installer.
