Become a Narwhal Authorized Dealer
Sell the topper your customers can't get anywhere else.
We're building a founding cohort of select dealers to sell and install Narwhal across North America. This is a signed-agreement program with real margin, protected pricing, and direct manufacturer support — not a reseller list. Limited territory openings.
Every application gets a response within 5 business days.

What you get as a Narwhal Dealer.
Real margin, real program, real support. Not a 2% reseller shim dressed up in marketing language.
Real margin, not marketing
Tiered margin structure by volume — Silver, Gold, Platinum. Not a 2% reseller shim. Specifics shared during application review, not on a public page.
Protected pricing
Enforced Minimum Retail Pricing Policy. Your margin doesn't erode because the shop two counties over decided to discount. MRPP violations are policed by Narwhal — not your problem to chase.
Direct claim path
Warranty claims route customer → Narwhal directly. You sold and installed it. We handle the engineering call. No dealer-gated warranty theater, no claim-adjudication workload on your bench.
Territory potential
Strong performance earns territory protection. It's not a blanket promise — it's a performance-earned outcome. The dealers who execute get it. The ones who don't, don't.
Certified install program
We train and certify your lead installer on Narwhal-specific fitment. Install-voided-warranty risk disappears. Customer picks up a topper installed right the first time.
A real Dealer Hub
Password-gated portal for signed dealers: agreements, order placement, MAP enforcement status, competitive intel, install spec, marketing assets, and a direct line to the Narwhal team. One stack. Zero scavenger hunt.
Who we're looking for
Not every shop is a fit. That's by design.
Narwhal sits at the top of the category. Our dealers need to match that bar — in how they sell, how they install, and how they represent the brand. If most of this describes your shop, we should talk.
- Established truck accessory retailer — minimum 3 years in business, physical shop.
- Current customer base of truck owners who use their trucks for real work or real recreation — not lifestyle theater.
- In-house install capability, or a certified install partnership already in place.
- Finish standards that match a $6K–$10K premium product. If your showroom looks like a liquidator, we're not a fit.
- Willing to train at least one installer on Narwhal-specific fitment. Certification is required — the warranty depends on it.
- Comfortable enforcing MAP. No race-to-the-bottom shops. Discounting cheapens the brand and the margin — we protect both.
- Thinking in years, not quarters. This is a program, not a promo.
How it works
Four steps. No guesswork.
From application to live dealer — here's the exact sequence and timeline.
01
Apply
Submit the dealer application — about 15 minutes. We ask about your shop, customer base, install capacity, territory, and target volume.
02
Review
We score your application against our rubric. You hear back within 5 business days: approved, follow-up call, or not a fit right now.
03
Agreement
Approved dealers receive the Authorized Distribution Agreement, COI requirements, W9 intake, and (optional) Show Unit Consignment. Signed and returned = dealer confirmed.
04
Onboard
Lead installer certification scheduled. Dealer Hub access granted. First order placed. You're live — typically within 30 days of agreement signature.
